The Great Exhibition of Bees 2025 – online premiere 

5 years of Together for Bees

In 2025 we celebrate five years of Together for Bees. The jubilee edition of the Great Exhibition of Bees took place in the heart of Warsaw, in the gardens of Wolny Jazdów. It is a unique summary of five years of collaboration between artists, brands, and educators for the benefit of wild bees, pollinators, and biodiversity.

Now, the exhibition also moves into the online space – so that everyone can see, feel, and experience it, no matter where they are.

Art – “Every bee matters”

The first boards open with flowers created by Zuza Miśko, into which artistic bees – the very heart of the exhibition – were woven.

Each bee has the same size – a symbol of equality and community. Alongside works of established artists, you will find bees created by beginners and amateurs. This is a beautiful gesture of inclusivity, showing that, just like in nature, every bee – and every voice – plays an essential role.

Tiny numbers next to the bees guide you to the corresponding names of artists and creators, which appear on the following boards.

The exhibition is also an educational space. On special boards prepared by biologist Martyna Walerowicz and our partner Pasieka24, you will discover knowledge about the world of bees and nature.

• Biodiversity and ecology – explains ecological connections and how each species is a part of the chain, whose last link is the human being.

• Not only the honeybee – reminds us that the honeybee is only one of thousands. There are about 20,000 species of bees worldwide and nearly 550 in Poland. Each species is invaluable for maintaining ecosystem balance.

It is a lesson in sensitivity and attentiveness to the small creatures without which the world as we know it could not exist.

Patrons of Bees are brands and creators who adopt an artistic bee and feature it on products dedicated to the campaign. This process is beautifully illustrated on one of the boards by Klaudia Mizerską.

Part of the sales goes directly to the artists, and part supports the activities of Together for Bees. It is a real contribution to protecting wild bees and biodiversity – a fine example of responsible production and collective action.

In 2025, new Patrons of Bees joined the initiative, including:

• Notka – hand-printed notebooks made with linocut,

• JU – a ceramic pin representing a bumblebee,

• Blisko – a handcrafted cup with a bee design by Ania Lem (Wspanialem),

• HiLittle & Nina Peret – a jubilee greeting card,

• Szmat Skład – a unique coat premiered at the exhibition opening,

• Dagmara Cichy – a handcrafted bumblebee,

• Kolorowa Misa – a handmade bowl

• Madzia Kuczko – hand-made plates,

• Magda Sawka – a unique illustrated card.
