The Great Exhibition of Bees 2026 unfolds as a story about the relationship between nature, art, and people.
From the very beginning, the Together for Bees project has brought artists together around the idea of drawing attention to the role of wild pollinators in sustaining biodiversity and healthy ecosystems.
In this year’s edition, the exhibition moves beyond the boundaries of a single space and begins to function as a dispersed system — existing across different places, forms, and scales.
Large-scale bouquets create a symbolic landscape — a meadow composed of many individual interpretations of the bee.
They are accompanied by photographs presenting species from different parts of the world, enlarged to monumental dimensions. This gesture reverses perspective: what is usually small and often unnoticed becomes central and dominant.
A new and essential element of the exhibition are the postcards. Each one combines image and knowledge, while also functioning as a carrier of connection. The postcards can be taken, sent, and passed further — allowing the exhibition to continue circulating beyond the exhibition space itself and move between people.
The exhibition also includes objects created at the intersection of art, craft, and design, showing that actions for nature can take many forms — from artistic gestures to everyday functional objects.
The Great Exhibition of Bees 2026 is not only a presentation of works, but an invitation to attentiveness, connection, and action.
Just as bees pollinate the world, art and knowledge begin to circulate — creating new connections and meanings.
