In June 2026, The Great Exhibition of Bees (We Are All Connected) begins another chapter of its journey across Poland, arriving at one of the country’s most remarkable cultural landmarks — the Museum Castle in Janowiec.

Set within the historic castle grounds and surrounding park, the exhibition will be presented in its most extensive and longest-running edition of the year.
The exhibition will be open from June 13 to August 9, 2026, transforming the site into a summer destination where art, ecology, and reflection on our relationship with nature come together.

The largest edition of the exhibition this year
Janowiec welcomes the exhibition in an expanded format. Visitors will discover nearly 200 artworks created by artists from different backgrounds and disciplines, forming a collective narrative about bees, ecosystems, and the invisible connections that unite all living beings.
Highlights of this year’s edition include:
- Three large-scale floral installations by Zuza Miśko, creating a backdrop for more than 100 artistic interpretations of bees.
- Artworks placed throughout the castle park, integrated into the natural landscape.
- An installation by Maurycy Gomulicki suspended above visitors’ heads, serving as a symbolic gateway into the world of the exhibition.
- A collection of 100 collectible postcards created by participating artists.
- For the first time in the history of The Great Exhibition of Bees, a photography section exploring the beauty of bees and our relationship with nature.
This edition emphasizes not only the scale of the project but also its immersive character. Art literally hangs between earth and sky, entering into dialogue with the surrounding landscape.
Art that educates: collectible educational postcards
One of the key elements of this year’s exhibition is a series of educational postcards created as a standalone artistic format.
A total of 100 artworks from the exhibition have been transformed into a collectible postcard edition available to visitors on-site.
Each postcard:
- was specially designed by an artist for the exhibition,
- combines artistic expression with education about wild bees,
- represents a small yet meaningful part of a larger ecological story.
By bringing together art and knowledge, the postcards extend the exhibition beyond the gallery space, becoming a tool for raising awareness about biodiversity and environmental stewardship.
A story about connections
At its heart, this year’s edition of The Great Exhibition of Bees explores networks of relationships — showing how bees, plants, people, and entire ecosystems are linked through delicate yet powerful connections.
The castle park in Janowiec becomes a metaphor for this living system: a place where art is not only displayed but coexists with nature.
